What happens during the trial?

Why do I need to enter my card details?

Your subscription starts automatically once you've enrolled your first 15 customers, so we collect your card securely up front — no interruption to your campaigns or your members when the trial ends. You won't be charged anything before then, and if you cancel during the trial your card is never charged at all.

When will I actually be charged?

Only when your 15th customer joins one of your campaigns. At that point the plan you picked — £30/mo or £300/yr — starts automatically, and everything keeps running exactly as it did during the trial. Until then you pay nothing.

Can I cancel before my subscription starts?

Yes. Cancel any time during the trial from inside the partner portal — it takes two clicks — and your card is never charged.

Is there a joining fee?

No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no joining fee. You only pay once your 15th customer joins — and never, if you cancel during the trial.

What does the subscription cover?

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Yearly is £300, which works out at £25 a month — two months free compared to paying monthly (£30 × 12 = £360). It also locks in the price for twelve months. Monthly is the right call if you want maximum flexibility.

How quickly can I launch?

You can be live the same day. Registration takes a few minutes, your QR code is ready to download straight away, and Marketing Studio turns your first campaign into print-ready posters and flyers.

Do I need any additional equipment?

No. Your QR code can be printed or displayed at the counter, and your team scans member codes with the partner app on any phone or tablet. No EPOS integration, no extra hardware.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from inside the partner portal in two clicks. During the trial, cancelling means you never pay; after billing starts, monthly plans end at the next billing cycle and yearly plans run to the period you've already paid for.

Does TEDS cost extra?

Buying TEDS tokens to fund your campaigns is separate from your subscription. There's also a small platform fee on member exchanges — that's how the wider agent and equity-partner network gets funded. Exact rates are shared during partner onboarding.
