Is there a joining fee?

No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no joining fee. You only pay when you choose to continue past the trial.

What does the subscription cover?

Everything: unlimited campaigns, unlimited team accounts, the message centre, reports, TEDS wallet, the partner app, and 24/7 support.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from inside the partner portal in two clicks. Monthly plans end at the next billing cycle; yearly plans run to the period you've already paid for.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Yearly is £300, which works out at roughly £25/mo — saving about £60 over a year compared to paying monthly (£30 × 12 = £360). It also locks in the price for twelve months. Monthly is the right call if you want maximum flexibility, with the option to cancel any time.

Does TEDS cost extra?

Buying TEDS to fund your campaigns is separate from your subscription. There’s also a small platform fee on member exchanges — that’s how the wider agent and equity-partner network gets funded. Exact rates are shared during partner onboarding.
