These Terms govern your access to and use of the Loyalty Club PLC platform — including the loyaltyclubplc.com website, the partner portal, the member portal, and our mobile applications. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform — the Loyalty Club PLC software and associated services.
- Member — an individual who registers a Loyalty Club account.
- Partner — a business that subscribes to the platform.
- TEDS — Token Exchange Digital System; the platform’s digital tokens.
- Affiliate / Agent / Equity Partner — commercial roles defined in the Affiliates and Equity Partners pages.
2. Account creation
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscription & trial
Partner subscriptions are billed monthly (£30) or annually (£300). The trial period covers your first 15 customers — there is no joining fee. You can cancel any time from inside the partner portal.
4. TEDS
TEDS are not legal tender. They represent a unit of account on the Loyalty Club platform, denominated such that 1 TEDS = £0.01. Members exchange stamps and rewards for TEDS subject to a 10% platform fee. Partners may purchase and cash out TEDS at the rates published in the partner portal.
5. Affiliate programme
Eligibility, commission rates, and payment terms for the agent, affiliate and equity-partner tiers are set out on the relevant pages of this site and in your signed commercial framework. We may revise rates with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform to defraud members or other partners;
- attempt unauthorised access to any system or account;
- use the platform for unlawful or abusive content;
- scrape, reverse engineer or resell the platform without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Pending TEDS balances are settled in line with our published cash-out policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
