You can delete your Loyalty Club account at any time. Deletion is permanent — once your request is processed, your profile, loyalty history and saved preferences are removed and cannot be restored.
Delete in the app (fastest)
The quickest way is directly in the Loyalty Club member app:
- Open Settings from the home screen.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom.
- Enter your password to confirm it’s you.
- Confirm. The app acknowledges your deletion request and signs you out.
Don’t have the app installed? Get it on the App Store or Google Play, sign in, and follow the steps above.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in to the app — for example, you’ve changed phones or forgotten your password — email us and we’ll handle it for you:
- Write to hello@loyaltyclubplc.com with “Delete my account” in the subject line.
- Send it from the email address registered to your account so we can verify the request.
We’ll confirm and complete verified requests within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR.
Before you delete: use your TEDS
Deleting your account gives up any TEDS tokens you still hold. If your balance is worth keeping, spend it with a partner or donate it to a cause first — tokens can’t be recovered once the account is gone.
What we delete and what we keep
When your deletion is processed we remove your account data — your profile, stamps, campaigns and TEDS balance. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We retain tax-relevant transaction records for as long as UK tax law (HMRC) requires; these are kept on a legal basis and are not used to contact you.
