Do I need any hardware to start?

No. Members scan a QR you can stick on the counter, on receipts, or print on a flyer. Your team scans member QR codes from the partner app on a phone or tablet. No EPOS integration required.

Will customers actually use it?

Members already carry the Loyalty Club app for other partners on the network — so onboarding for them is one tap. Across our existing partners, the average return-rate uplift in the first 90 days is 40%.

Who owns the customer data?

You own the data on customers who opt into your campaigns. Loyalty Club is the processor — we don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. Members opt in explicitly to hear from you.

Do I have to give away free TEDS?

No. You set the stamp goal and reward on each campaign. TEDS only flow when members exchange completed cards or stamps for TEDS — and you can fund your TEDS wallet whenever it suits you.

What happens if my TEDS wallet runs low?

Exchanges go into a 5-day suspended state. You top up via Square Checkout, and the exchange auto-completes. No member is left holding an unredeemable reward.

Does this work alongside my existing till or POS?

Yes — Loyalty Club runs as a parallel layer, no integration required. EPOS connectors are on our roadmap; mention it on the contact form if you'd like to be a beta tester.
