Club emails that reach every member's inbox
Every business on Loyalty Club now has five emails that send themselves. They arrive from your name, with your logo, photos and words, and carry the member's live stamp balance and their own QR code — so they reach the customers who joined at the till and never installed the app, and the email itself works as their card.
Illustration: a welcome email from “Harbour & Hearth Coffee via Loyalty Club” to a member called Sam, in the warm look. It shows their stamp card at 1 of 10, two questions the business asks its members with a Tell us about you button, their own QR code to show at the till, and an unsubscribe link.
Most members joined at the till. Now they hear from you anyway.
Until now, everything a business sent its members lived inside the app — in-app messages and push notifications — and never reached the customer who joined at the counter and never installed anything. Club emails go to the inbox, in your name, on their own.
It arrives from you
Members see your business's name first — "Harbour & Hearth Coffee via Loyalty Club" — so it is recognised and opened, and a reply comes straight back to you, not to us.
It is their card, too
Each email can carry the member's live stamp balance and their own QR code, so the email itself scans at the till. No app required, on either side of the counter.
It runs itself
Every email is set off by something the member did — joining, filling a card, a visit count, a date coming up — and goes once, never twice. You design it once and switch it on.
Each one set off by something the member did.
None of them is a newsletter you have to remember to write. They start switched off; you design each one, send yourself a test, then flip its switch — and from then on it goes by itself, once per member, per moment.
Welcome
Everyone who joins
Minutes after someone joins — at the till, by scanning your QR, or when you add them — with their card already started.

The moment a card fills and there is a reward waiting to be claimed.

Type your business name and reward, pick a colour and a look, and switch between the welcome, the reward-ready and the dates email. It is an illustration — but every block in it is one the real editor gives you.
Minutes after they join — to everyone who joins.

An illustration. In your portal you build the real one from the same blocks, with your own photos, words and six colours of your choosing — then send yourself a test before anyone else sees it.
Designed by you, block by block
The editor shows your email as a stack of blocks — a headline, a photo, some words, their balance, a button — with a live preview beside it. Tap to reword, choose a photo, move a block or switch it off. The header and footer that say who sent it and how to unsubscribe are ours, and always there.
What partners can do
What happens after someone joins at your counter
You set this up once. After that, the emails follow each member's own activity — and nobody on your team has to remember a thing.
Minutes after they join
The welcome lands with their card already started and a Tell us about you button. We wait about five minutes, so two joins in one visit send one welcome, not two.
When the card is full
The reward-ready email tells them a reward is waiting — the most persuasive reason to come back that you will ever send.
A week before their birthday
If they told you a date, a note goes out a few days before it — a week by default, up to a month — every year until they say otherwise.
Portal workflow
Open the Emails tab
In the Message Centre, your five emails are listed with a switch and an Edit button each. All five start switched off.
Make the design yours
Change the words, photos and colours block by block with a live preview beside you — or start from a template and let Write this for me draft the wording.
Send yourself a test
See it in a real inbox before any member does, then flip the switch.
Let it run
Each member gets it at the right moment with their name, balance and QR code filled in, and the tab counts every send.
A loyalty scheme that remembers for you
Independent businesses know their regulars by face. Club emails remember the rest — their name, their card, the dates they told you about — and act on it without adding a job to anyone's week.
Ask for the dates that matter
Up to twelve questions of your own — a birthday, an anniversary, a favourite flower — answered from a link in the email with no password to remember.
Occasions sell themselves
Birthday and anniversary reminders are one automatic email, so a florist, a bakery or a restaurant is in the inbox just before the occasion, every year.
Permission done properly
Only the welcome goes to everyone. The rest waits for the member's yes, and an unsubscribe stops your club's emails without touching their card or their stamps.

What a separate email tool cannot see.
A mailing tool knows your list. It does not know that a card just filled, that this is someone's tenth visit, or that they told you their birthday at the till.

The questions partners ask first.
Permission, effort, and the customers who never downloaded anything.
Be in their inbox, in your name.
Design your welcome, reward-ready, milestone and birthday emails once — from the moment you switch each one on, it sends itself.
