Table menus and ordering that feed your loyalty card

One QR code turns a table into your whole ordering surface. Diners scan, browse a menu you built in minutes, order and pay without downloading anything, and the visit lands on your loyalty campaign automatically. Guests who pay are shown a claim code and invited to join — which is how a table becomes a member.

Table Menu is live with selected venues while we prove it in real service. Ask us to switch it on for your account.

How it helps

The table QR you already own, doing the whole job.

Most venues already stand a QR code on the table to join a loyalty campaign. Table Menu turns that same code into the menu, the ordering pad and the payment step — and keeps the loyalty stamp on the end of it, where nobody has to remember to ask for it.

No app between you and the diner

The menu opens in the phone's browser. No download, no account, no login wall — a guest can be reading your specials four seconds after they sit down.

Loyalty is not a separate errand

When an order is paid, the stamp is awarded against your linked campaign as if you had stamped the card yourself. Spend-based campaigns take the order total natively.

Your menu, not a template

Photo-led sections for food, compact lists for wines and sides, dish photos, dietary chips and a banner image of your room. Diners can tell whose menu they are reading.

Everything a real service needs, not just a nice menu

Menus that switch themselves over at breakfast and dinner, an availability toggle on every dish, reusable option groups for build-your-own, the 14 UK allergens on the record, and an order board that keeps the kitchen in control of what it accepts.

Daily use

A Friday night, from the pass

The board is the only screen anyone has to watch, and it tells you what came in, from where, and whether it has been paid for.

01

Orders arrive labelled

Each table has its own code, so an order lands as 'Table 12' with its lines, options and any 'no onions' note attached.

02

The kitchen decides

Orders wait in New until someone accepts them, and anything sitting more than ten minutes marks itself amber so it cannot quietly rot.

03

Money is already settled

Card orders arrive paid, into your own Square account. At-till orders show a Pay at till pill until a staff tap marks them paid — and that tap awards the stamp.

Portal workflow

01

Build or photograph the menu

Create menus, sections and dishes in Menu Studio — or scan your printed menu and correct what was read. Add photos, the 14 UK allergens, dietary tags and option groups.

02

Name your tables and print the codes

Add each table with an optional zone. Every table gets its own QR so orders arrive already labelled, and the print sheet does the whole room in one go.

03

Choose how people pay

Pay at the till, pay by card when ordering through your own Square account, or run a tab and settle one bill at the end. Set tip presets and a service charge if you take them.

04

Work the order board

New orders land on the board with the table label, refreshing every ten seconds with an optional chime. Accept, start, complete — or reject with a reason, which refunds an online payment automatically.

The guest who just paid is the easiest member you will ever sign

A guest who orders without an account still generates a stamp — they just cannot hold it yet. The confirmation screen shows them what their meal earned and gives them fourteen days to claim it.

Asked at the right moment

Not at the door, not on a flyer — after the meal they enjoyed, on the phone already in their hand.

The stamp is the offer

Joining is free and the reward is already part-earned, which is a materially better pitch than an empty card.

Tabs and tips included

Rounds through the evening settle as one bill, with your tip presets and any service charge itemised separately.
