These terms apply when you order and pay through a Loyalty Club partner's menu or shop link — for collection, for delivery, or at a table. They explain who you are buying from, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who you are buying from
The business whose menu or shop you order from is the seller. Your contract for what you buy is with that business, not with Loyalty Club PLC.
Loyalty Club PLC provides the ordering platform: we take your order and pass it to the business, and the payment goes straight into the business's own payment account (with Square or Revolut). We do not hold your money.
2. Prices and paying
- Prices are set by the business and include VAT where it applies.
- Any delivery charge, minimum order, service charge or discount — a reward, a discount code or a bundle deal — is shown before you pay. You pay the total shown at checkout.
- A tip, if you add one, goes to the business.
3. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The business accepts it when it confirms it, which you will see on your order page and by email. A business may decline an order it cannot fulfil; if it does, you are refunded in full.
4. Collection and delivery
The business has your order ready to collect, or delivers it, at the time you chose. Deliveries are made by the business itself. If you need to change anything, contact the business as soon as you can.
5. Cancelling
Much of what our partners sell — flowers, food and drink, and anything made for you — is perishable or personalised, so the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to it. If you need to cancel, contact the business straight away: before they have started on your order, they may be able to cancel it and refund you.
If the business cancels your order, you are refunded in full.
6. If something is wrong
What you buy must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are with the business. Contact the business first: it deals with problems, replacements and refunds for its own orders.
If you cannot reach the business, contact us and we will pass your message on and do what we reasonably can to help.
7. Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and can take a few days to appear. If you used a reward or a discount code on an order that is refunded because the business declined or cancelled it, the reward or code is given back to you too.
8. Allergies and age-restricted items
Allergen information comes from the business. If you have an allergy, check with the business before you order. For age-restricted items, the business may ask for proof of age on collection or delivery, and may refuse the sale without it.
9. Your information
To fulfil your order, we share your name, contact details and — for a delivery — the address, recipient and card message with the business. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Our part
Because we are not the seller, we are not responsible for the goods themselves or for how the business fulfils your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights against the business.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
