You can save your Loyalty Club loyalty card to your phone's wallet, so you can show the same QR at the till straight from your lock screen — without opening the app first.

Which button you'll see
The right button appears automatically for your device:
- Add to Apple Wallet — on iPhone and in Safari.
- Add to Google Wallet — on Android and other non-Apple devices.
If you don't see the button you expect, it's almost always down to the device or browser you're using rather than a fault with your account.
Saving the pass
- 01Open My QR
Tap My QR in the app or web portal. Your loyalty QR fills the centre of the screen.
- 02Tap the wallet button
Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet below the QR. The button briefly shows "Preparing…" while your pass is created.
- 03Confirm in your wallet
Your phone opens Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with the pass ready. Confirm to add it.
- 04Scan from your wallet
Next time, open the pass from your wallet and let staff scan the QR — exactly as they would in the app.
The wallet pass carries the same account-bound QR code as the app. Stamps and rewards land on your account whichever way the code is scanned.
If it doesn't work
- The button is missing — check your device type. Apple Wallet only appears on iPhone or in Safari; Google Wallet appears on Android and other non-Apple devices.
- You're asked to sign in again — your session may have expired. Sign back in, reopen My QR, and try again.
- The pass won't open — try once more in a moment. You can always show the live QR from the My QR screen in the meantime.
