Claiming a stamp from an order you placed as a guest

Ordered from a table menu without an account? Your meal still earned a stamp — here's how to collect it.

If you ordered from a table menu without a Loyalty Club account and paid, your order still earned a stamp at that venue. You just need an account to put it on.

Your claim code

After paying, the confirmation screen tells you what your order earned and shows a claim code.

It is valid for 14 days

After that it expires and the stamp cannot be claimed. Joining takes under a minute, so it is worth doing before you leave the table.

Claiming it

  1. 01
    Join Loyalty Club

Free, from the link on your confirmation screen or at our signup. One account works across every partner on the network.

  2. 02
    Enter the claim code

Joining from the confirmation link takes you straight to the claim step. If you joined separately, enter the code from your order confirmation.

  3. 03
    The stamp lands

It appears on your card for that venue, and you carry on collecting from there.

If you have lost the code

The venue can see it too — it appears on their order board alongside your order. Ask a member of staff and they can read it back to you.

You will need your order reference (it looks like ORD-00042 and is on your confirmation screen and your emailed receipt).

Why it works this way

A stamp has to belong to an account. Ordering as a guest is deliberately open — no signup wall between you and a menu — so the stamp is held for you rather than lost, and the code is how it finds you once you have somewhere to put it.

In one sentence

Guest orders earn a stamp and give you a code valid for 14 days — join free, enter the code, and the stamp lands on your card.
