Many businesses you follow have a shop link: their menu without a table, in their emails, on their website, or on a QR code by the till. Open it and you can order for collection or delivery, and pay as you order.
Placing an order
- 01Choose what you want
Tap anything to see its options and add it to your basket. A badge like 3 for £50 means a bundle deal; Only 3 left means just that.
- 02Collect or deliver
For collection, pick a time. For delivery, give the address — the shop checks it delivers there — who it is for, a card message if you like, and a day or a time window.
- 03Your details
Your name and a phone number, so the shop can reach you about this order. Members' email comes from their account.
- 04Pay
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes to the business, not to us.
Rewards, codes and deals
- Bundle deals come off by themselves once your basket holds enough — the basket tells you how many more you need.
- Your rewards: when your stamp card with the shop is full and the shop takes it online, the basket offers it — free delivery, money off or a free item.
- Discount codes: type the shop's code into the basket. Codes are for signed-in members.
- One reward or one code per order. What you pay for earns your stamps as usual.
After you order
You get an email when the order is confirmed, and again when it is ready to collect or on its way — and, for a delivery, when it has arrived. Your order page follows it too.
If the business cannot do your order, it rejects or cancels it and your card is refunded in full — any reward or code you used goes back as well. It can take a few days for a refund to show.
Who you are buying from
The business is the seller: your order is with them, under the terms of sale linked from the checkout and your emails. For anything about the order itself — a change, a problem, a question — contact the business first. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will pass it on.
