Selling online: your shop link, collection and delivery

Take orders for collection or delivery from a link you share, paid into your own account as they are placed — and the checklist that gets you there.

Your shop link is your menu without a table. Put it in an email, on your website, in a social post or on a QR code by the till: whoever opens it can order from you for collection or delivery, and pays as they order — straight into your own payment account.

Orders arrive on the same order board as your table orders, laid out by when they are due.

Getting your shop open

Your Menu page shows a checklist until your shop can take orders. Four steps:

  1. 01
    Add what you sell

Build your menu in Menu Studio — by hand, or by photographing a printed menu. The same menu serves your tables and your shop.

  2. 02
    Connect a payment account

Go to Settings → Payments and connect Square. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money goes straight into your account — Loyalty Club never holds it. If your Payments page also offers Revolut Business, you can use that instead.

  3. 03
    Accept the merchant terms

One tap, on your Menu page. They say what selling through Loyalty Club means: you are the seller of what you sell — your prices, your orders and any refunds — and our fee on a card order stays if you refund it. Only the account owner can accept them.

  4. 04
    Switch on collection or delivery

In Menu settings, switch on either or both and set how they work (see below). Your shop link is made the moment you do.

Then open Menu → Shop link to copy it, share it, or print its QR code.

Taking card payments at your tables too?

The merchant terms come first there as well. Paying at the till does not need them.

Collection and delivery

Each has its own card in Menu settings.

SettingWhat it does
NoticeThe soonest a customer can have it, counted from when they order.
Slots (collection)The times customers choose from — 15 minutes to 2 hours each.
Windows (delivery)"Any time on the day", or one- to four-hour windows.
HoursYour opening hours, or hours of their own.
Orders per slotA limit, so a busy morning does not swamp you — per slot for collection, per window or per day for delivery. 0 means no limit.
Days aheadHow far ahead customers can order.
Delivery areasThe postcode districts you deliver to, like BA1, or whole areas, like BA.
Delivery chargeWhat delivery costs, when it becomes free, and the smallest order you deliver.

Loyalty Club delivers nothing: you take it round yourself, as you do now.

When an order comes in

An online order is paid before it reaches your board. From there you move it on, and the customer hears about it by email:

You tapThe customer is told
AcceptTheir order is accepted
Ready (collection)It is ready to collect, and where
Out for deliveryIt is on its way
DeliveredIt has arrived — handy when the flowers were for someone else

Rejecting or cancelling an order refunds the card in full, and the customer is told. Any reward or discount code they used goes back to them.

Money

  • Payments go straight into your Square (or Revolut) account. Your payment provider's own fees apply as usual.
  • Our fee is 1% of each card order — not of tips. With Square it is taken from the payment as it is made; with Revolut it is billed monthly to the card on your subscription. Settings → Payments shows the rate that applies to you and each month's statement.
  • Refunds are yours: rejecting or cancelling on the board refunds the customer, and our fee stays.
  • Chargebacks go to your payment account, as they would for any card payment you take.

Offers

  • Rewards at checkout — let members spend a full stamp card online: free delivery, money off, or a free item. Set them in Menu settings → Loyalty rewards.
  • Bundle deals — "any 3 bouquets for £50", taken off by the shop itself. Menu → Offers.
  • Discount codes — MOTHERSDAY10 for 10% off, for your emails and posts. Menu → Offers.
  • Stock counts — "12 of these", sold down to nothing by themselves. Count them on What's on.

Who is the seller

You are. Your customers buy from you under the terms of sale linked from the checkout and every order email; Loyalty Club takes the order for you. If a customer cannot reach you about an order, they may contact us, and we will pass it on.
